Curse of the Terokael

New day is rising upon people of the Terokael, a continent in northern Damaroth. But no one knows what would happen soon after. Then suddenly the sky turns red. A massive piece of rock is falling and going to hit the Summerstrike Isles. The meteor hits the ground with an enormous explosion and rumbling. Incoherent screams and terror fill up the atmosphere and no one can think distinctly.

After dust has settled down on the Summerstrike Isles, things are becoming clearer. Many have lost their lives or been injured and the thing causing accident is not normal. Poisonous gas spreads into the air and legions of strange figures march from inside of it. Anyone breathing nearby gets infected and turned into horrifying beasts. It’s a total chaos.

A couple weeks has passed. Poisonous infection is spreading all over the Summerstrike Isles and has almost reached the Wintaer. People are desperately trying to discover meaning of all this. One thing for certain: it was not just a normal happening. There is reason for it, there must be reason. And the reason will be discovered. The Dawnmoon’s scouts during their patrol found a strange dark necromancers’ camp. Necromancers were clearly looking for something important to them.

Only then understood the Emperor Farithma Thunderhawk, the ruler of kingdom of the Terokael, the meaning of this. He recalled the old legend telling about Narhadomus who had fled from realms of the Damaroth. He was a mighty wizard holding powers of the arcane and shadow. Meteor beared the mark of Narhadomus and that would mean only one thing.

He has returned to retrieve his weapon of destruction.

The Narhadome, named after himself, is a stave of ultimate powers. Narhadomus with his weapon had enslaved people of the Terokael for several decades. With it he could determine fate of all living beings not only in the Terokael but in the entire universe.

But one thing Narhadomus did not foresee. A child was born and he was named Darathlo. Kept hidden in the woods of Dawnmoon, he grew strong. United with the rebelling slaves they beat Narhadomus when he least expected it.

Narhadomus was judged to imprisonment for the rest of his life. But of course you cannot hold a wizard such as him for long. He escaped leaving only fire and brimstone after him. Transforming into a hawk, fast as thunder he soon disappeared and he was never seen again, until now. His stave Narhadome, however, was torned into pieces for it cannot be destroyed. These pieces, powerful artifacts were safely hidden all around the Terokael. As for Darathlo, he was crowned the Emperor of the Terokael. His title Thunderhawk was meant to be reminder of Narhadomus’s actions and escape.

Farithma, son of valorous Darathlo realised Narhadomus had to be after these pieces. But they are well protected. Or.. are they? Forgotten for several hundreds of years all around the world. Only way to prevent Narhadomus’s return would be to obtain them before he does.
